on a hazel shank with a buffalo horn carved border collie.
Bulldog head for a customer who's dog recently passed away. A first for me, never carved a bulldog before. Wish it had been in happier circumstances.
Spalted Beech crook on a stripped ash shank. Brass collar and brass ferrule. 52 inches tall.
Birch laminate crook on a hazel shank. Painted border collie on one side. Stainless steel collar and solid brass ferrule to protect the end of the stick.
This and the crook below are one and the same. Commissioned to replace a old crook. Paula penned on one side and a red bc painted on the other side. The timber is beech laminate and the carved bc is out of buffalo horn. Hazel shank and a acrylic collar.
